Hello, my name is Nick Howes. I am 35, married to a fabulous Norwegian Silje, and dad to Eden, Mattias and Jonar who are 6, 4 and 3.
I have been in leadership development, personal effectiveness and various other aspects of training for over ten years. In 2009 I came across Leadership Management UK, part of the global company LMI and was so impressed with the material and also the ethos/process behind the way personal development is implemented, I joined the company!
I live in Potters Green, Coventry and am very blessed to work from the fantastically picturesque Nettle Hill in Ansty, just outside the City.
I enjoy getting outside in my spare time as much possible – walking, playing football (for Coventry Saints), occasional camping… and am busy learning cross-country skiing on winter trips to Norway!
I am part of the leadership of a Coventry-based house church network called ‘Neighbours & Nations‘, help out as a volunteer coach at the Potters Green Table Tennis Club for local young people, and am a governor of our neighbourhood high school.
I enjoy good quality strong black coffee and like my food a bit (not extreme!) spicy.
Originally from the South East, I grew up near Epsom in Surrey and moved to the Midlands to study Geography and P.E. at Loughborough University. I remained in Loughborough until 2002 when I married Silje and we moved to Coventry.
